Coming to the Dining Hall the month of April:

April is Asian Pacific American Heritage month!

• April 6: Thai and Vietnamese Trivia - We will continue to celebrate famous Chef Mai Pham with some of her delicious dishes, as well as a Thai and Vietnamese trivia contest, winners get a prize!
• April 13: Spring Fling - Let's celebrate spring at dinner with festive decorations and some of Mai Pham's spring roll recipes
• April 22: Earth Day - Celebrating our Earth during dinnertime with helpful fun facts to take care of our planet.

Starting March 22 Who really is the Breezeway's best chef? To find out, we have asked each of our chefs to submit their best signature cuisine, and we will offer each of them as specials for a week. The most popular dish wins. The winning chef gets: Their name etched in the Breezeway Hall of Fame (yes, it is a real place), a 32" trophy, buckets of bragging rights, and a fistful of E-Card cash. And as an extra bonus: If the winning dish is either vegetarian, healthy, or gluten free we will double the cash prize.
