Vegetarian Options?

Our Dining Commons is commited to providing a variety of vegetarian options daily, and each station in the main Dining Commons has at least one vegetarian option everyday. Our classics line always has one-two real vegetarian entrees, including a protein entree with tofu or beans, and a vegetarian starch. Look for items identified with a tomato or (v). But we always welcome your feedback, let us know what you think.

Looking for low fat/low calorie eating?

We post nutritional information for most menu items on this website under the Locations & Menus section, as well as nutritional information tags above most entrees in the Dining Commons daily. Menu items identified with an apple are "Well Balanced" and have less fat, calories, cholesterol, and sodium.
